The Hour Glass Workout
I thought the hourglass workout would be a painful month of much needed medicine but I ended up loving it so much that I signed up for another month. I'm not usually a morning person, but it feels great to get up early with the sunshine, work out, and then shower/change and still be at work by 8:30. It definitely sets the tone for the rest of the day - my mind is focused in the morning without the need for caffeine and I feel energized throughout the afternoon. I feel like the hour passes quickly because I'm constantly being challenged with different, crazy intense exercises. I love the way Lyzabeth pushes you in a teasing way with that super sweet smile on her face and I really appreciate her approach to long-term healthy lifestyles and natural eating.I'm already starting to see results & I feel really healthy. Can't wait to see how I feel by end of August! --Christy --

The Hour Glass Workout
I am going on my THIRD month of participating in Lyzabeth's Hour Glass Boot Camp, and I am absolutely loving the workouts!! There are soo many great things about this outdoor group program, I know I've never experienced anything like it! It certainly takes fitness to a whole new level, regardless of your current fitness status. You can work out at your own level, with many opportunities to challenge yourself to the next level. The best part of the whole program is exercising outdoors with a group of like-minded women, interested in staying healthy or reaching more advanced personal fitness goals. I also love the challenging drills, and Lyzabeth adds her own unique style to every element of the program. Just when you get 'comfortable' doing one type of exercise or circuit, you'll here a lovely voice in the background say, "Okay ladies, stop what you're doing and give me 10 push-ups!", or "...10 burpees!", or "...10 mountain climbers!". There is NEVER an opportunity to relax during these sessions - which leaves much room for 'Return On Your Investment'! Having invested a few years into understanding exercise and nutrition myself, I have seen my share of the many fitness and nutrition resources available today. So many of them are false and the proclaimed expert might not always be genuinely concerned with your personal health and fitness, but rather more interested in the financial gain. As a result, it is hard to trust the source. --- Samantha --

You hurt where you want to hurt!!! The Hour Glass workouts are fun, exciting, and you are always challenging yourself. I was looking for something outside the box and Lyzabeth has shown me that you can change your physique,with her program that is designed specifically for women, coupled with a good nutrition guide line. With every beat of my heart, with every drop of my sweat, with every ache.... it has been worth every dollar. I love how I feel,look,and most importantly what Lyzabeth has given back to me.....my self confidence.....I'm completely addicted to my Hour Glass workouts....Thank you so much Lyzabeth --D Carrasco xo --

The hourglass workout is a very challenging workout, but Lyzabeth is very inspiring and encouraging to
train with; furthermore she does a great job in keeping you motivated through the entire month. I
have not only lost some inches off my body while still maintain my feminine curves, but also I have met a lot of great women in the class, which is also a fantastic support network to keep you focused on your personal goals. -- Deborah --

The hour glass workout is a fantastic workout that has made me see changes in my body in one month.
I don't enjoy working out, but I find that I am motivated to participate in this workout in large part due to my fantastic trainer Lyzabeth. Every workout is something different so I don't get bored by doing the same thing every week. I find Lyzabeth to be very motivating and I really appreciate that I am pushed to my potential.
I have recommended this workout to two of my friends as well as acquaintances because I feel that anyone who participates in it will absolutely love it. -- L. Armstrong --

Lyzabeth is an encouraging and experienced trainer who devotes attention to each of the attendees in the class and will challenge you no matter what your skill level is. In each class Lyzabeth incorporates important tips about nutrition and training and customizes a plan to help you achieve your goals. Her charming, down to earth and motivating personality has inspired to work hard in every session and continue incorporating fitness in my life. The Hour Glass Workout
Lyzabeth's Hourglass workouts turned a usually dreaded workout into a varying mix of activities that just fly by with time! I very much liked how the exercise routines were shaped especially for women aiming primarily for improving our overall health just as much as our figure. Her nutrition advice and healthy recipes were definitely a great bonus to top off the class! I'm so glad I joined and definitely looking forward to returning for the next session!

Lyzabeth is most definitely interested in helping each and every one of the ladies who participate in this program. She is a beautiful woman, who is extremely balanced both inside and out. She is an endless resource of nutrition and fitness information, in many many different areas. You can certainly see, hear and feel that has invested an incredible amount of time and energy into the many facets of both fitness and nutrition. I truly trust and admire Lyzabeth's advice!
Even though there is a large group of women, all at different levels of fitness,Lyzabeth is still able to understand each individual's ability and strengths. Through each session, you'll hear her encourage and challenge each person based on how hard she knows they can work - and she knows everyone's name!!
Now show me where you can find that in a standard group fitness class!
