I am always hunting for and creating healthy, flat tummy foods and recipes. As a trainer and fitness model, it’s super duper important for me to keep a flat stomach… and admit tingly following a proper nutrition plan has been the key to my success!

Over the years I’ve also developed some awesome, delicious recipes that are both nutritious and good for our tummy! There are just certain foods that cause a lot of bloating and inflammation (eg. wheat products) and others ones that lead to a flat stomach and a happy gut! Below you will find my flat belly pizza recipe! It is one of my all time faves! It contains nutritious foods that keep the bloat down! Give it try and see how you like it! Who said a flat belly meant giving up on pizza? LOL!


All amounts to taste!
  • Purchase a rice based crust or gluten free (Thin crust)
  •  Almond mozzarella cheese
  • Tomato sauce
  • Mushroom
  • Chicken
  • Broccoli
  • Sugar snap peas


  1. Apply tomato sauce to rice based crust.
  2. Slice chosen veggies or meat and place on the shell.
  3. Add cheese.
  4. Put in toaster oven or pre- heat oven to 350 and toast until brown!
