KIWI JUICE YOUTUBE TUTORIAL
HEALTH BENEFITS OF KIWI JUICE
-
Pineapple:
Has more than 100% of our daily vitamin C needs in just one cup! I like to juice the core which is a bit less sweet to get more of the anti-inflammatory bromelain – which is throughout the fruit, but mostly found in the core and stem.
-
Chard:
While swiss chard itself is one of the healthiest veggies on earth, the stems also have special nutrient value which will vary depending on the color. It’s not necessarily recommended to have the chard stems raw, so juicing them is a great option to get all the extra health and beauty benefits.
-
Kiwi:
Five times the vitamin c of orange juice, two times the vitamin e of avocado and the seeds are even a good source of omega 3 fatty acids! And not to mention they taste great!
-
Red grapes:
The skin is rich in in a potent anti-cancer antioxidant called Resveratrol. This is a buzz word lately in the beauty industry as well as it is a major fighter against free radicals. Try to get organic to get the most out of this super healthy fruit.
-
Green apple:
Apples while being rich in nutrients also add the perfect amount of sweetness to almost any green juice!
-
Cucumber:
Awesome for hydration, flushes out toxins and adds a smooth taste to your juice.
-
Sunflower sprouts:
A great addition for vegans as they’re almost 25% protein and have iron as well.
