The vegetarian eating plan will offer you a new way of eating. It is a lifestyle plan based on eating whole foods that are high in nutrients and low in sugar. The plans are generally dairy and gluten free. When paired with a quality exercise plan, these meal plans are based on getting and maintaining a lean and toned body on a long term basis.
