PROTEIN PANCAKES FROM SCRATCH
Here is what you will need!
- Heat non-stick pan.
- Mix all dry ingredients: protein powder, almond flour, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Mix all wet ingredients: start with two eggs. beat them and add almond milk and tofu. Mix until smooth.
- Pour batter onto non-stick pan. Add pieces of sliced banana and/or strawberry. Cook both sides evenly, flip like a pancake.
- Put on plate cut and add maple syrup (and optional bits of walnuts or pecans).
