Vegans! I know it can be a challenge find healthy snacks at times! I have a made a short list of delicious and nutritious vegan snacks for you to try! Many of these are all time faves of mine which I include in my holisitc Vegan and Vegetarian meal plans!

Kale chips: Kale chips are MUCH easier to make than you may think! All you need is some kale, spices and an oven! Cut kale in small pieces, spice ’em up, add some olive oil and bake, bake, bake!

Cashew And Almond Yogurt with Chia and berries: Many vegans and vegetarians are unaware that there are dairy free yogurts out there! And they taste fantastic! Head over to you local grocery store and pick up some cashew or coconut milk yogurt. Then garnish with organic berries, manuka honey and some raw seeds and voila, DONE! Perfect snack on the go!

Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding: Chia pudding is delicious, nutritious and easy to make. Take about 1/2 cup of chia seeds, add some raw nuts, seeds, cacao nibs or dark chocolate chips and pour in about 1/2 cup of your fave dairy free milk. Leave in the fridge for about 6 hours! And you got pudding!

Matcha latte: Coffee lovers listen up! Matcha is one the best alternatives to coffee. Buy some organic matcha powder and add hot water or hot dairy free milk! That’s it! If you have a milk frother, coconut milk froths very very well!

Vegan protein shake: Some of my fave vegan brands include Vega, Sunwarrior and Bodylogix! I would suggest adding some berries, half a banana and some natural nut butter for extra flavour!
