Whitney’s Sexy 3-Month Hourglass Transformation!

Whitney did a fantastic job on her three-month muscle transformation! 

She used the gym training program included in the Hourglass Workout Online and the TWL APP for her training. She put in hard work using heavy weights in a progressive overload and to failure protocol along with met con and sprint training for her curvy, fit results. 

Whitney was also part of the beta group that tested the Sugar Cleanse Program. Whitney’s feedback was invaluable and helped shape the outcome of this program’s ease of use, taste, and results. 

We flew Whitney to Toronto to do a photo shoot for her challenge win and took her out for a night on the town with the team. She is the loveliest person, and we had the most fantastic time hanging out. She also got to participate in an Hourglass Workout live class while in town, and she rocked it! 

Whitney is not a fit mom, and we’re so happy that she is still an important part of our online community.
