Next to the my skipping rope, battle rope is one of fave equipment for fat loss! There are just so many good awesome exercises you can perform with battle rope. Battle rope come in a variety of weights and sizes… I have three weighted ones at my Hourglass Workout studio! Can never get tired of these things!

In my Youtube video below, I demonstrated 20 battle rope variations. Try a few next time you are at the gym! You can incorporate them as HIITs … as a Tabata… or just in and between tradition strength training workouts. They can literally be put into any workout (…lower body, uppers, full body).
Battle rope is particularly good for fat loss as it is a whole body workout that is taxing on your cardiovascular system. It is also a great equipment to us to build muscle endurance. Super set them in between shoulder exercises and feel the burn!
