My Secret Flat Belly Recipe: The ‘FIYAH’ SHOT

Almost every day before my largest meal, usually lunch or dinner, I make my fire shot. The fire shot is one of my keys to a flat belly, great digestion, and clear skin.

This shot is featured in my FlatBellyChallenge Program & Sugar Cleanse Program.

This is one of the tricks I teach my nutrition clients and thought I should share it with you guys as well!

Here’s how I do it: I start by making my drink after I put my meal in the oven.

The goal is to get my drink down about 15-20 minutes before eating my meal!

Check out my personal recipe and video tutorial below!
